  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to booking date.
  • Pick up and drop off any time between opening and closing times.
  • Early or late pick up (outside open hours) can be scheduled with additional $10 charge.
  • Late pick up on pick up date will incur an automatic $15 charge.

  • Yes! Pick up and drop off can be scheduled on booking or 48 hours prior to stay. 
  • Each pick up or drop off is done for an additional $15 fee for each instance.

  • Monthly subscription requires a contract for a minimum of 12 months. 
  • Payment can be processed at the time of purchase as a yearly or monthly payment.
  • Contract will auto-renew at the end of the term year. It can be cancelled by notifying us in advance before it auto-renews.
  •  You have a 15-day grace period from your subscription start date to cancel for a full refund.
  • If you have utilized our services within the 15-day period the refund will not include the charges for those services (daycare rate of $40 per day and $45 per boarding night).
  • You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time. If you cancel after the initial grace period of 15 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, less a 15% cancellation fee from remaining balance.
  • Each boarding booking your dog will be provided a free toy, Woof Bar treat basket, access to private dog run from their private suite.
